Botanical Innovations spent 2 years undertaking research and development to create proprietary technologies to manufacture its unique range of poly phenolic rich Flavours, Fragrances and Ingredients.

The company continues to invest heavily in research and development creating new innovative products for Nutraceutical, Cosmeceutical and Health and Wellness Applications.

Our products include Plant Extracts, Essential Oils, Oils, Fermentations and Powders.

Our products are manufactured in Australia with raw materials such as Grapes, Wine, Apples all sourced in Australia and whenever possible locally from the Central West, Western and the Blue Mountains Regions of NSW.

We are working to create new crops and value existing horticultural seconds and waste streams to create a sustainable future and new agricultural and horticultural industries.

Our Apples

Botanical Innovations where ever possible makes its apple products from Australian Granny Smith apples grown in Central West NSW. Granny Smith were created in Australia in 1868 and first grown in Central West NSW in 1907. Granny Smith apples continue to be grown throughout the Bathurst, Orange, Mt Canobolas regions of Central West NSW. The dry summer, rich soils and cold winters are believed to contribute to the
superior quality of Botanical Innovations Apple Cider Vinegar, Apple Sweetener, Apple Peel Extract and Apple Fibre products.

Our Wine and Grapes

Botanical Innovations is located in Central West NSW 600 metres above sea level with temperatures in the summer 450C and winter -100C. The cold growing season over the winter months and hot dry summers have created Botanical Innovations unique poly phenolic profile in it wine and grape products.

Our Buddha Wood

Botanical Innovations Buddha Wood Essential Oil and Buddha Wood Stem Cell Leaf Extract are derived from the Eremophilla Mitchelli. The Eremophilla Mitchelli is a desert loving woody tree found from Western NSW. The wood is sustainably harvested.

Our St John’s Wort

Botanical Innovations St John’s Wort is harvested during its flowering period as part of a sustainable chemical free weed management program for farmers in the Blue Mountains and Central West regions of NSW.


We are developing Mimosa Acacia Dealbata plantations in Central West NSW where the Acacia Dealbata currently grows in the wild. It is harvested annually and as a native plant is a new sustainable drought tolerant crop.
